Building Trust: What your team are really thinking...

As leaders we are judged all the time.
Every time you talk to your team, non-consciously they’re asking themselves four killer questions that form their ‘Trust Filter’ and you need to be able to tick the yes box for each one.
If you don’t?
Well then you’re left with conditional trust and that can be a very, very bad.
So is it all in the body language?
Is it all about the micro expressions?
Strangely it’s none of those, they only play a part in a fraction of the final decision.
